What Do We Look For?
These days, corporate-run dental practices are popping up all over the place, and they often force team members to worry about things like “production” and “volume.” Here, our primary focus is always the patient, and Dr. Kapish Goyal strives to cultivate a welcoming, friendly environment where absolutely everyone can feel at ease. We are looking for team members who:
- Take their work seriously, but not themselves!
- Help our practice have a positive atmosphere
- Are flexible and willing to learn
- Are eager to form long-term relationships with their patients
- Are driven to go above and beyond to deliver 5-star experiences
- Support their fellow team members at all times
Front Desk Receptionist
The Dental Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the dental office's front desk. They greet patients, schedule appointments, handle phone calls, and assist with billing and insurance inquiries. The receptionist ensures a smooth patient flow, maintains accurate records, and creates a welcoming and professional environment for patients and staff. Dental or medical reception experience is a plus, but not required.
The Dental Assistant provides chairside support to the dentist during dental procedures, prepares treatment rooms, sterilizes instruments, and assists with patient care. They take and develop X-rays, record patient histories, and provide post-operative instructions. The dental assistant also performs basic lab tasks, maintains inventory, and ensures a clean and organized clinical environment. Their primary goal is to assist in delivering high-quality dental care and ensuring patient comfort.
The Dental Hygienist is responsible for providing preventive dental care and oral health education to patients. They perform thorough dental cleanings, remove plaque and tartar, and conduct oral screenings. Dental hygienists also take and interpret X-rays, apply fluoride treatments, and educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques. They work closely with dentists to develop personalized treatment plans and promote optimal oral health for patients. They will have autonomy over their schedule and be given as much time as they need with patients to provide optimal care.
